The Administrator processes the personal data of the Website Users for the following purposes:

      1. performance of a contract for the provision of electronically services [article 6 section 1 point b) of the GDPR];
      2. marketing the products or services owned by the Administrator [article 6 section 1 point f) of the GDPR];
      3. analysis of traffic on the Website, keeping statistics [article 6 section 1 point f) of the GDPR].

      1. in the case of performance of the contract – for the duration of the contract and until the expiry of the limitation period for claims arising therefrom;

      1. the right to access their data and receive a copy thereof;

      4. the right to restrict data processing;
      5. the right to object to data processing;

      7. the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (President of the Office for Personal Data Protection).

informed about any changes by publishing updates on the Website. The current
version of the Policy has been adopted and is in force from the 13th of October 2025.
